Shipping, sales and returns policy

We thank you for purchasing products via us online. Please read below our shipping policy prior to making your first order with us.​

Delivery Times

We normally aim to ship your product within 24 hours of receiving your order and expect it to be delivered within 3-5 working days. During busy periods or if we need to make fresh batches of your chosen product/s this may cause a delay or increase shipping time. If your order is time sensitive and you require it to be delivered by a certain time or date, please contact us before placing your order and we will gladly be happy to advise if this is realistic or place your order on an express delivery if possible. Express deliveries may incur additional postal costs.

Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping cost is £4.50 and we normally use an overnight delivery or royal mail first class postage. Orders over £75 enjoy free shipping. 

Shipping Locations

At this time we are only able to post products to addresses in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. If you wish to order a product and have it sent to an address outside of this region please contact us directly before placing your order and we will find out if it is possible to ship to your location and provide a price for shipping.

Free Pick Up

You are welcome to pick up your items from the reception of Hotel Collingwood, 11 Priory Road, Bournemouth BH2 5DF. Please wait until you receive a message from us to confirm that your products are ready to be collected before you come to collect them.

Shop with us in person

If you would like to come and buy products directly from us in the spa you are more than welcome to, but please be aware that if we are in treatment we may not be able to help you with your product purchase. Please contact us first and let us know if you would like to come in and view products or be advised by a therapist on the most suitable products and we can arrange a time that the spa is free for you to come in and look - there is of course no obligation to buy. We just advise this as if we are busy with treatments we may not be free to serve you with products when you come if you have not advised us in advance. 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell and for personal hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on products. However if you feel there is a problem with a product you have purchased from us, please do contact us directly and we will investigate for you.
